I want to have my own small business and that would be food service. I believe that it's the right business for me but still considering the consequences of it. I love to cook and serve food but the question is "Am I ready for the taxes, insurances, rents and other expenses and hard labor" that comes with it? That's a very big question to consider and keeps me thinking, and of course I am thinking if it will be profitable due to competitions, just imagine to have 571 competition. And the City Health Permit, after researching about the type of business I want, I'm now wondering if I can take all the hassle that comes with it.
