We're talking turkey cause it's Thanksgiving in two weeks time. I was at the store yesterday, I get surprise that people are starting to get their turkeys so early, does it take 2 weeks to thew a turkey?
Well, I might try a deep friend turkey this year or a beer can turkey. I'll just pick up a small turkey since it's only me and my husband, for sure we will have plenty of left over turkey. I already have left over turkey menu like turkey sandwich and turkey ala king or turkey pot pie, sound yum. I might also make pumpkin pie or pumpkin pie cheesecake. No stuffing for this year but I will have sweet yum and mashed potato, lol I'm already drooling thinking of Thanksgiving dinner.
